Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Requirements

First exchange is for free!

Cia Maritima is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on our website, you are entitled to an exchange within 10 days (except Sales items) of receipt should it meet the below requirements:

• Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase
• Tags attached are attached to all items
• Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.)
• An Exchange Form is completed and enclosed in your package. (Print your return form here)
• Send us an email at customerservice@ciamaritima.com.sg for confirmation. Return post has to be via registered post
• Only one exchange is allowed per order. Once we receive and approve your exchange, the garment amount will be reflected into your account. 
• Unfortunately we DO NOT cover return handling and shipping post charges

Sales Items

Sales items are not entitled to refunds or exchanges.

Return and Refunds.

Unfortunately Cia Maritima does not offer refunds on online purchases. If you wish to exchange a garment, please follow the exchange policy above. The garment value will be reflected into your account and a new order can be made.

Delivery

Postage Charges

Free shipping for all orders in Singapore only. For international deliveries within Asia a flat rate of S$20 applies. For Australia and New Zealand, a flat rate of S$25 applies. Free international delivery for orders over S$400. 

Delivery Locations

We deliver within Asia pacific. For other locations, please contact our customer service at customerservice@ciamaritima.sg before you send your order and we will try to help you.

Delivery Time frames

We will do our best for you to receive your order as fast as possible. Orders within Singapore will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the order processing date. International orders will vary according to the location.

PLEASE NOTE: Order delivery dates are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorisation, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

Once an order has been dispatched, Cia Maritima is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.
