1. Sizing & Fit

How are your sizes? Are they true to size?
In general, Brazilian bikinis tend to run small, but we’re currently refining our sizing to offer a better fit for everyone.

Previously, our sizes tended to run small for swimwear. As a result, if you typically had to size up for our pieces, the good news is that you no longer need to! Go ahead and order your usual size.

Here's a quick guideline:

• One-Pieces: Take your usual size.
• Bikinis (Tie-Side): Go one size up, unless you prefer a low-cut fit with minimal coverage.
• Bikinis (Non-Tie Side): Take your usual size.
• Clothing & Beachwear: True to size, so order your usual size.
• Activewear: Take your usual size. Note that compression fabrics will feel tighter. 

In your previous collections, your models were wearing M. What would be my size?
Our models in previous collections wore size M because they are typically very tall. For your size, we recommend checking the model’s measurements provided in the product descriptions and comparing them with your own. As for our new sizing, all our models are wearing S.

How do I know which size to order?
Check the size guide on each product page, compare your measurements with the model’s, and refer to our notes on coverage for bikinis.

2. Product Information

Do your swimwear pieces stretch?
Yes, our bikinis are made from high-quality, stretchable LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ fabric, which is resistant to chlorine and designed to last. It will feel more comfortable with time but won't loose it's shape.

Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, we offer products made from fabrics such as LYCRA® BIO and Amni® Soul Eco's Technology, which enable garments to decompose quickly when discarded in landfills. These innovations help us provide high-quality products while considering the environment.

Do your pieces have UV protection?
Yes, many of our collections, including activewear and beachwear, offer UV protection (50+ UPF), so you can enjoy the sun safely.

How should I care for my swimwear?
Rinse your swimwear in cold water after each use and avoid wringing it out to maintain the elasticity and color. Always lay flat to dry in the shade.

3. Shipping Information

How long does shipping take?

• Singapore: 2-4 business days (free shipping).
• International (APAC): 5-15 business days, depending on local courier availability.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout. Please contact us if you need it faster.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the APAC region. Shipping costs and times vary by location. More information on our Shipping Policy page.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer free exchanges?
Yes, your first exchange is free if it meets our Exchange Policy guidelines. Check our Exchange & Return Policy for more details.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately Cia Maritima does not offer refunds on online purchases. If you wish to exchange a garment, please follow the exchange policy above. The garment value will be reflected into your account and a new order can be made.

How do I process a return or exchange?
Simply visit our Returns and Exchanges page, fill out the form, and we will guide you through the process.

5. Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple pay and other local payment methods. Check the checkout page for full details.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our Customer Service team at customerservice@ciamaritima.sg.
